I’m a repeat customer since I bought a late 80s house that’s needed quite a lot of plumbing work, and I’ll definitely continue to use Newflo Plumbing. Always good work and excellent customer service - it’s a relief to know there’s reliable help when you need it! Highly recommended.

Hands down the best company I have dealt with in terms of trades. The customer service was second to none. My mum's hot water service had broken, so I gave newflo a call after having no luck with other plumbers (no answer, no callbacks, simply just no urgency or wanting a fee for a quote). Newflo asked us to send through photos of the existing hot water service and had a quote back to us within 10 minutes. After accepting the quote they called right away and organised a time to come out the following day. They messaged as an FYI when the materials would be dropped off and even that the plumber may possibly be running a tiny bit late (he was right on time). The plumber was even kind enough just to spare a few minutes and help my mum super quickly to get her ducted heater back up running. (The invoice also came through cheaper than the quote -thank you for your honesty) Thank you Emily and the team at Newflo
I cannot recommend you guys enough.

We had an outstanding experience with Mitch and the team at Newflo Plumbing. From the first phone call, communication was clear, responsive and professional. They arrived on schedule but still kept us updated with text ETAs! They found a great solution for our issue and workmanship was impeccable. We'll definitely be using Newflo again and highly recommend!
